Student Business Services is opened Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• In person payments and departmental deposits will not require an appointment.
• Appointments will be required for all office visits, not related to in person payments or departmental deposits.

Student Business Services will continue virtually assisting students with inquiries, not related to in person payments or departmental deposits, via email at sbs@utep.edu or phone at (915) 747-5116.  Questions related to refunds must be directed in writing to sbsrefunds@utep.edu.
