Workload Information
The Workload Information screen captures the faculty member's workload percentage distribution for each term, within an academic year (September 1st to August 31st).
The information in this screen can only be verified and entered by the department or program heads, and can be used for:
- Annual evaluation and post-tenure reviews
- Institutional reporting
Log into Digital Measures and click on Manage Data in the top menu. Then, select (or type the name of) the User you wish to update information for from the drop-down menu, and click Continue.
A new tab or window will open showing the specific faculty member’s DM activities page. You can confirm the faculty member you are managing data for in the dark ribbon on the top of the page.
Click on this faculty member’s Workload Information section.
Select the Term and update the information. Confirm that the faculty member has met the workload requirements for that term. Include necessary comments that support workload documentation. Make sure you click Save when completed. Usually, information is carried over each term to help in most cases where the workload percentages remain the same.
