Miner Metro Shuttle and Cross Parking Updates
Miner Metro Shuttle services were scheduled to resume Monday, June 10, 2024, the first day of Summer I classes. However, due to the expected increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic for the high school graduations at the Don Haskins, the shuttle service will resume on Thursday, June 13, 2024. Please use the cross parking (alternate) options explained below.
Cross Parking (Alternate) Parking Options
Parking and Transportation Services will implement a special cross parking plan from the period beginning June 10, 2024, through August 15, 2024, for all current and valid parking permit holders. During this time, parking rules and regulations will continue to be enforced.
Parking in Remote (Green) lots, Perimeter (Blue/Silver) lots, Sun Bowl Garage, and Schuster Garage will be allowed withANY VALID UTEP parking permit 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Inner Campus access and parking will be allowed with ANY VALID UTEP parking permit after 3 p.m.
Paid (hourly or daily) visitor parking is available at Hawthorne 1 (HA1) and the Sun Bowl Garage visitor section.
