Response to NCAA Decision in Football and Softball Cases

The University of Texas at El Paso accepts the penalties imposed by the NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions related to Level II violations in the football and softball programs. The University identified the potential infractions and promptly reported them. We agree with the findings and the consequences. We can and will do better.
