UTEP Named 2022 HSI Leader by Fulbright Program

UTEP has been named a Fulbright HSI Leader by Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The designation recognizes noteworthy engagement with the Fulbright Program by Hispanic-Serving Institutions.

Diana Natalicio Receives Posthumous Award from Great Minds in STEM

UTEP President Emerita Diana Natalicio was posthumously awarded the Great Minds in STEM Chairman’s Award in Pasadena, California on Oct. 8, 2022. Ann Gates, Ph.D., senior vice provost for faculty affairs, accepted the award on behalf of UTEP and Natalicio’s family.
