UTEP Breaks Research Expenditures Record

UTEP Health Prepares Region’s Caregivers

For the fourth consecutive year, UTEP has broken its record for research conducted. UTEP reported $130.5 million in expenditures for fiscal year 2022 and has moved up to No. 4 for federal research expenditures among public universities in Texas.

Miner Athletic Club Announces Dawn Hearn Student-Athletic Trainer Educational Award

The Dawn Hearn Student Athletic-Trainer Educational Award was announced in conjunction with National Athletic Training Month on Monday. It is funded by alumnus Austin Keith in honor of Hearn, a longtime trainer who was named UTEP’s Director of Sports Medicine in 2019.
