The Supreme Court of Texas will visit The University of Texas at El Paso this week to hear oral arguments in two El Paso-based cases. The visit will offer UTEP students and the El Paso public a rare opportunity to witness in person the inner workings of Texas’ highest court. |

UTEP Wins Inaugural NSF Regional Innovation Engines Award for Up to $15M Over Two YearsThe National Science Foundation today announced that UTEP is one of the 10 inaugural NSF Regional Innovation Engines awardees. The funds will support the Paso del Norte Defense and Aerospace Innovation Engine, which hopes to combine innovative concepts with the emerging field of digital engineering and others to help small and medium manufacturers compete in the aerospace and defense markets. |
