Paul Delgado, Ph.D., is a senior aerospace engineer at Sandia National Laboratories, where he designs, implements and verifies numerical methods for solving partial differential equations for various applications in engineering. Delgado excelled at research at UTEP, where he was a National Science Foundation Fellow en route to earning his doctorate.
