For Honors Students Who Drop Their GPA Below The Required
For Honors students who fall below the required 3.5 GPA, you'll be placed on a Honors Development Plan for one academic year. During this time, you'll need to work towards raising your GPA to the required 3.5 as specified by the University Honors Program. If you do not meet these requirements within the given timeframe, you will become an inactive member of the Honors Program
For Honors Students Who Become Inactive
What if I become inactive? For inactive members, we understand that you may have had your GPA drop below 3.5, forgotten to submit the member agreement, or had some other event occur that has resulted in you becoming inactive. In order to reduce confusion and ensure that the Honors program is beneficial to you, we will allow you reapply to the Honors program only once. Hopefully, this will encourage you to think strategically and provide you with another opportunity to apply if you have become inactive
