EL PASO, Texas (Aug. 15, 2024) — Researchers at The University of Texas at El Paso will undertake a new study that could lead to improved nicotine cessation treatments for women. The work is supported by a new $2.5 million grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
EL PASO, Texas (July 1, 2024) – The Rubin Center for the Visual Arts at The University of Texas at El Paso has been awarded a multi-year $100,000 grant from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. The grant is designated to support upcoming exhibitions at the center, enhancing its role as a vital hub for contemporary art in the borderlands.
