WITec alpha 300R confocal Raman/ AFM/ SNOM modular system
Particularly designed for high-speed and high-resolution confocal Raman measurements, this modular system also allows simultaneous recording of AFM and SNOM data.

Confocal Raman Microscope
- Ultrafast acquisition time (i.e., for a single Raman spectrum this can be as low as 760 microseconds)
- Unsurpassed Raman sensitivity (spectral resolution of 0.02 wavenumbers)
- Automatic measurements without sample removal (piezo-driven scan platform for continuous scans with maximum travel range 100 m x 100 m in x- and y- directions and 20 µm in z-direction
- 3D imaging and depth profiling due to confocal configuration
- Optical resolution diffraction limited to 250 nm laterally and 500 nm vertically
- Scan resolution – position accuracy < 4 nm in x- and y- directions and < 1nm in z-direction; linearity better than 0.03%

Bruker IFS 66v/S vacuum – based FT-IR / FRA 106S FT-Raman modular system
Bruker IFS 66v/S FT-IR system has the capability of a vacuum environment which provides outstanding sensitivity and stability, especially for measurements in the FIR region.
Principal specifications of the Bruker IFS 66v/S FT-IR system:
- Full spectral range coverage from the very far infrared ( >20 cm-1 ) up to the vacuum UV ( >55,000 cm-1 )
- High spectral resolving power and spectral resolution of better than 0.1 cm-1
- Outstanding signal-to-noise and peak-to-peak noise
