Tomás Rivera Conference Center (TRCC)
Dr. Tomás Rivera filled several administrative positions before becoming the Executive Vice President of UTEP in 1978. The Union’s largest meeting space is named in honor of his outstanding contributions to Hispanic culture and the University. This wide-open space can accommodate nearly any setup with built-in AV systems, adjacent food service area, a spacious lobby, and conveniently located restrooms.

Third Floor Classrooms

Named after former UTEP presidents, these classic rooms can be configured for training sessions, board meetings, presentations, or just about any other small group event.

Templeton & University Suites
Each suite consists of two meeting rooms separated by a movable divider. Both feature hard polished floors and large windows overlooking the Union lounge and dining areas.

First Floor Meeting Rooms

These modern, conveniently located rooms feature spacious tables and comfortable seating which can be configured to suit your specific needs. Built-in computers and dimmable lighting help facilitate AV presentations, and most rooms feature counter space for food service or other uses.

Union Cinema
Deliver your next presentation, conference, or training session in style at the Union Cinema, which features a state-of-the-art digital HD projection system. Or, host a film screening with true 7.1 cinematic surround sound. The venue is equipped with an LED theatrical lighting system and follow spot, the use of which is available for an additional fee.

El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center (EPNGCC)
The EPNGCC offers a large, open space with high vaulted ceilings and an alcove perfect for food service. A divider allows one side to become a smaller meeting room while allowing larger events to proceed on the other.
