Purchasing

All standard computers are available and must be ordered through Miner Mall . Log in and click on the Dell or Apple logo to see options and order computers. Some modifications may be made in MinerMall (memory, storage, larger monitor, etc) for Dell computers. Modifications for Apple require a quote which you can request by entering a service request at servicedesk.utep.edu .

Miner Mall orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process before the purchase order is mailed to the vendor.

If a standard computer does not meet your requirements, you may order a non-standard computer from within MinerMall. Get a quote from the vendor, then in MinerMall, select Non-Standard Computer Requisition. Complete the form and submit it for approval. Be sure to enter the Quote number in the item description and attach it to the requisition.
